I applied through a referral and waited 5 months for the first interview. It was with the HR leader and a base leader, and we talked about the company, benefits, salary, and work hours. Then, candidates were selected to talk about themselves, and HR questions were asked. After that, there was a group activity about unusual airport situations. The group had 5 minutes to solve it, and they evaluated everyone's interaction. 30 days later, I had tests for Portuguese and logic, and a confirmation of interest. In the following weeks, I had to submit all documentation online through the Único platform within 4 days. Two days after that, I got an email scheduling the pre-employment medical exam. Almost 40 days later, I received the job offer with the integration date. The whole process took 4 months from the first interview.
