I applied on their website and got two online assessments a few days later. One was for English proficiency (SVAR), and the other was job-focused with standard psychological and IQ-like questions. Then, I had a psychological interview online via Google Meet a couple of days later, mostly asking background questions. After that, I was selected for a final interview with the area leader, which also involved background questions and some technical ones, but no OA. I got an offer the next day.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Behavioral Case

Overall, my interview experience was quite good. The interview felt light, professional, and well-organized. They asked questions that really dug into behavior, reasoning, and analytical skills, showing the company wants people who fit the culture and the job's challenges. The interviewers seemed serious and experienced, giving off a vibe that development is valued here. However, one thing they need to work on is respecting deadlines for feedback. They usually give specific dates but often go past them without any update. When they do get back, it's usually with a generic email, which can make you anxious and feel a bit disconnected. On the bright side, they really keep your profile in mind for future roles. I've been contacted for other stages at different times, which shows professionalism and that they see potential beyond just rejecting candidates. Despite the feedback delay issue, the general impression is a serious, well-structured company with what seems like a great place to work and grow.

Group Behavioral

The process started with an application through the LATAM website. Then there was a group dynamics activity and an interview with the manager. If approved, I would proceed to a toxicology exam and then the ASO (admission exam). The nightmare started when LATAM made the candidate travel to their facility. They kept me there for over 5 hours, creating expectations, especially after taking the toxicology exam. Finally, they communicated that my profile wasn't what they were looking for, even after I completed the toxicology and admission exams, which I only took after the toxicology results were in. I'm super frustrated with LATAM.
