The selection process involves 4 stages: the first is a screening interview with HR, then there are two more technical interviews: the first is just at a high-level, the second one goes a bit deeper into the technical expertise required for the position. The last stage is a coding challenge at the end of which there is another interview in which you go through your code and explain your choices. All the interviews were very kind and easy-going, and they do help you if you are in trouble. It was definitely a nice experience. All interviews can be done remotely.

The interview process was fine. It included an introductory call, a video conference, and a technical test. Unfortunately, after getting this far, I was rejected without specific feedback on the technical test or why I wasn't selected. The internal recruiter was quite rude and repeatedly mentioned how busy the team is, which made me question their ability to handle recruitment. I tried to get an explanation from the recruiter but was completely ignored. I understand if I'm not a good fit, but it's frustrating to be completely ignored.

First, a recruiter from the company's tech team reached out. Then, I went through three online interviews. These were with the hiring manager, a team member, and another manager. On top of that, there was a 4-hour offline coding challenge. It wasn't a super tough interview. I didn't end up getting an offer, but I really liked the whole process and the interviewers. They were all professional and friendly. What I particularly appreciated was that they didn't use those crazy data structure, algorithm, or whiteboard quizzes.

The company has great products and awesome people! They were super responsive to emails and flexible with scheduling. First, there was a phone interview with the Director. We talked about my current role and interests, and they asked me some technical questions about Malware Analysis. Then, they told me about their products and I asked a few questions, which they answered clearly. It seemed to go well, so I moved to the next round. The second round was a video interview with two more smart people. They asked if I had any questions from the previous round, and I did, asking a couple more which they answered. Then came the technical part, which lasted about 54 minutes. Honestly, the questions were pretty basic, and some were based on my answers. I could only answer a few of them.
