Project Engineer
I applied for the Project Engineer job at the West Chester location. The process kicked off with the usual HR chat and then a conversation with the hiring manager. When I asked about what was next, HR had me interview with everyone on the team, and it finished with the VP of Engineering (7 interviews total!!!). In several interviews, I was told my experience really fits the role and I'd do great. After the last interview, I didn't hear from HR for a few weeks, so I sent an email to ask for an update. When HR got back to me, they said the role had changed and they were actually looking for someone with experience in a field they hadn't inquired about before. The interviews themselves went well, but now it feels like I was just being led on.
- Can you discuss your experience and career aspirations?
Graphic Designer
Had a quick phone call with the HR assistant first, then went in for an in-person interview with a senior staff member and the HR Manager. They invited me back for another interview a week later, but only gave me 24 hours notice. This time I met with the department head and some other staff. It was an okay interview, the people were nice, and it seemed like it went well. At the end of the second interview, they gave me a loose idea of when I might hear back. After two weeks of no word, I emailed them but never got a response. It's been almost two months now. I'm guessing I didn't get the job, but I'm surprised by how unprofessional they were.
- What sparked your interest in the company?
Senior Program Manager
The interview process was quite extensive, involving several people. It felt like things went well overall, but there was no follow-up after the final interviews. A lot of time was spent preparing for and going through the steps: 1. Some pre-work to do electronically. 2. First interview with the Hiring Manager. 3. Then, about five interviews with different leaders from various departments. 4. Second interview with the Hiring Manager. 5. Third interview with the Hiring Manager. 6. Then, complete silence.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
It's my second interview for the receiving clerk position today. My first interview was last week and it went pretty well. I haven't worked in this kind of role before, but I do have some relevant skills. They called me right after the first interview and offered me a second one before I could even get home. I'll add more details later.
- Can you confirm your understanding of the role and its associated job description?
