Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a quick phone screen with HR. Then there was a first round with a manager, followed by a second round with four other associates. The final round was with the VP. It was pretty straightforward and mostly behavioral questions. The second round had some technical questions, but they were really easy and just tested my knowledge of the real estate market. After the final round, which I thought went well, they just ghosted me and I never heard back from the manager or HR. It was pretty unprofessional to ghost me after I did the final round.

It was a three-round interview process, meeting both the US and UK teams. They asked me a lot of technical questions and also asked for my suggestions on their current marketing strategy, based on research I did or my understanding. Even though they ended up using my suggestions, I wasn't offered the job. The team was really nice and friendly, and I had a positive overall experience.
