Sales Manager
I recently interviewed with Las Vegas Premier Marketing, and it was a great experience. The interview was friendly, short, and to the point, which made me feel comfortable to really express myself. The interviewer was welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. We discussed the company's culture, which is all about teamwork, collaboration, and community. This was great to hear because I really like working collaboratively and it's a core value there. It was clear that Las Vegas Premier Marketing shares the same values I do. Their approach to projects, using group brainstorming and team success, fits perfectly with my goals. I was excited to hear about their current and future projects and how important teamwork is to their success. I also noticed their commitment to a supportive and innovative work environment. They care about results but also about their team members growing. This fits my desire to keep learning and developing in my career. By the end of our chat, I could tell Las Vegas Premier Marketing and I would be a good match. The alignment between their team-oriented culture and my enthusiasm for teamwork made me confident I could contribute positively. The interview confirmed my belief that joining Las Vegas Premier Marketing would be a big step forward for me.
- When can you start?
- What are your salary expectations?
Account Manager
I got a call a week after applying on Linkedin for the Account Manager role. The first round was a recruiter call, and then they immediately set me up for two more rounds back-to-back that same day. One of the rounds involved practicing how we would approach customers in a store setting. The whole thing was a bit of a surprise because I thought I was applying for an entry-level Account Manager, but they mentioned I'd actually start on the sales floor, and it wasn't clear upfront about their system where you start at a lower level and move up.
- What qualities do you seek in a company?
- Would you be comfortable with sales on the floor?
Marketing Manager Trainee
The interview process involved three rounds. The first interview went well, and I was told there would be two more interviews that same day, with someone to reach out within 3 hours. However, contact wasn't made until that evening, scheduling an interview for the next day. The second interview also seemed positive, but the questions were repetitive, which was a bit strange. The third interview focused on pay, with an offer of $13/hr for training, and a possibility to negotiate pay and earn commissions after 4 weeks. At the end of this interview, I was offered the position. When I requested an offer letter to review, they agreed to send one via admin. Despite checking my email all day and messaging the interviewer, I never received it. The response later that evening was that the position had been filled. This experience suggests issues with them following through on promises and a reluctance to provide written offers, which raises red flags about their business practices and employee treatment.
- Are there any limitations on your availability?
Customer Sales and Service Representative
The interview process has 3 steps, and they are all in person. You'll start by filling out a questionnaire, and then you'll have a conversation with a representative. The first interview is also a chance for you to ask questions to make sure this is the right fit for you.
- Can you tell me what things best describe yourself?
- What are some of your hobbies?
- What are your goals?
