The hiring manager asked theoretical questions from BPharm/MPharm days which were not relevant to the job profile. The interview lasted only 10-12 minutes and didn't consider my prior experience in similar projects. They seem to forget that subject terminologies can be forgotten but relevant experience for the project is important. As for the recruiter, she was one of the finest, explaining the JD and clarifying all my queries before the technical round. Although the feedback was negative, it was delivered professionally. Glassdoor helped me to apply, but the technical interview was very negative.

I got an email from HR (Global) to set up an interview and they asked me to provide some time slots. I emailed back the same day (Thursday) with many options, but never heard back. I sent another email suggesting to send more times (Tuesday), he replied and asked me to do so, which I did on the same day; Again, no response. I emailed a third time and sent new times for the third time (Thursday). On Sunday, I got an automated email, not a personal one, saying "regretting to inform me that the position had been filled".

The interview process had 4 rounds, and included a take-home assignment where I had to present marketing ideas to a panel of 5 people, including the CEO. I got a gift card for my time on the assignment. Based on other reviews and the questions asked, it seems like they expect employees to be available at all times to fit the CEO's schedule, with 'weekend meetings not being rare' and many Indian staff working past midnight to accommodate the San Francisco time zone, which made me feel it was frowned upon not to. The company seems poorly organized, with the CEO being very involved and making all final decisions. The Glassdoor reviews were a red flag, and after the interview process, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
