Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted by their HR consultant for the new Community Engagement and Events Manager role. First, I had a Zoom interview with the HR consultant and the Brand and Communications Director. Following that, I was asked to submit work samples. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at their LA office with the executive team: CEO, CSO, and Head of Program Operations. During this in-person interview, I was also asked to present work samples. The whole process took about a month to hear back that I didn't get the job. I inquired about feedback but was told they couldn't provide any due to legal reasons.

Took over 100 days to hear back after applying. They initially wanted me to just give free consulting and then later asked me to submit two papers on my background and future ideas. I had an interview with the President, who seemed unsure about the direction and understanding of fundraising in a nonprofit setting. They talked a lot about their large reserve, then made me pay for downtown parking.
