So the interview has standard questions, a lot of customer service scenario questions, like tell me a time when you dealt with an unruly customer and how you dealt with that situation, what are your strengths and weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years. They really want to see teamwork, if you're always listening to the customer, being empathetic, and doing whatever it takes to make sure they are satisfied. It's pretty straightforward if you've worked in customer service or hospitality.

I interviewed in January. The process included an HR screening, a partner interview, and then a final decision. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer and felt the process wasn't fair and didn't really check my qualifications thoroughly.
