The first and only round was a Teams meeting. They really tested my knowledge and skills in Angular and JavaScript. They started by asking what I knew about the company, which was a bit tricky, so make sure you prepare for that and also brush up on your resume.

The interview process was quite long, with a 5-hour booking on my calendar. It included a coding assignment from interviewer Vinay. After passing all the interview rounds, when discussing salary, Vinay's negotiation style felt like haggling over fish in a market. I was very clear about my minimum salary expectations from the start and have never experienced such salary bargaining. The interview process itself felt like a complete waste of time. Following the completion of all interview stages, the recruiter, Vinay, took over two weeks to contact me with an offer. I'm unsure about the company, but some individuals there are definitely not efficient.

The interview process was straightforward, but the HR was unclear about the compensation. Before the final round concluded, Lantronix rescinded the offer, stating the CTC was over their allocated budget. Lantronix wasted my time for a month by saying they didn't have the budget. Advice: Please respect the candidate's time.
