Project Manager
It was a long process, with more than 5 interviews in total. It took over 6 months from when I applied to when I got the job offer, even though it was obvious after the first few interviews that I was a top candidate. On the bright side, it was well organized.
- What motivates you to pursue this role and what relevant experience do you have?
Graduate Program
So the process is like this: first, they screen your CV. Then, there are team interviews. After that, you do some personality and logic tests. The next step is an on-site interview with the CFO and HR. Finally, there's the interview where you sign the contract. I made it to the final stage but got rejected without a good reason. All they sent in an email was the usual 'we found candidates with more suitable experience.' This is fine if it happens during CV screening, but it's insulting to get the same generic response at the final stage, especially after asking for more details.

Compliance Analyst
It was a great interview process with good questions that were relevant for the job. I ended up taking another job, but I was really impressed with how they conducted their interviews. They seemed to really want to get to know me as a person. It seems like a good company to work for, as they are growing and have a clear focus on sustainability.
- Could you tell me more about your general interview questions?
- Did you complete a personality test?
Engineering Manager
The team was awesome! It was a traditional interview process but with some extra stuff. I met with different area managers and got to tour the plant, which was cool. It was a good chance for me to ask them questions too, and for them to ask me stuff. The people I met were really into what they were doing and seemed to enjoy working together.
- Tell me about your leadership style and how you foster a positive team culture.
- Can you give an example of a time you used your knowledge to solve a problem in a previous role?
