Mechanical Technician
The interview process was great, thorough and informative. I was given a tour and shown the work. It really feels like a great place to be and I'm excited to work here. Everyone was very welcoming during the tour and interview.
- Tell me about why you left your previous position.
Human Resources Administrator
They contacted me for an in-person interview, but the interviewers were late and it started behind schedule. It eventually turned into a panel interview with the HR team. They asked outdated "tell me about a time" questions. I found this format helps good storytellers, but not necessarily all qualified candidates who might not be good at telling tall tales. They were also slow to let me know that I wasn't selected for the job.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced failure?
- Describe a situation involving a difficult employee.
Production
the interview process was good and professionally done. they asked a lot of questions about my work ethics, personal habits, what I expected from the company, and my experience. they were polite the whole time.
- How well do you collaborate with others?
Machine Technologist
I interviewed with the engineering and R&D teams. They asked about my experience and skills and made me an offer, saying they wanted to move quickly. I accepted, but then never heard back about scheduling my physical and drug test. After days of unanswered emails, they finally responded saying they'd found someone else.
- What are your thoughts on how you would fit into the company's structure?
