Sales
My experience with this company’s hiring process was extremely disappointing. After an initial positive conversation with HR, the interview with the hiring manager was poorly handled. My answers were not properly followed, and I was told I hadn’t answered a question that I had already clearly addressed. Even after explaining this, it was obvious my input wasn’t being taken seriously. Despite that, I was asked to complete a substantial task that required several days of work, followed by preparing and delivering a presentation to a panel. This was not a simple exercise, but a detailed piece of work that the company could easily use. After investing significant time and effort into every stage, I was rejected with no feedback whatsoever. No explanation, no constructive comments, nothing. Shortly after, I saw the same role being advertised again. This raises serious concerns about how candidate work is treated. The process felt like a way to collect ideas rather than genuinely evaluate and hire someone. Be cautious before committing time to later stages of this process.

Senior Software Engineer
The HR process was very unprofessional and poor. The talent acquisition person couldn't even set up the first interview, sending the wrong booking link. The interview was rescheduled due to an issue. The first meeting was difficult to handle because of the interviewer's accent. After the second interview, I felt good but never received any response, rejection, or feedback. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.
- Questions about databases and AI were asked.
Senior AI Productivity Engineer
The interview process was smooth, transparent, and well-structured. It involved several stages: an initial screening, a tech talk with the VP of Engineering, a behavioral test, a follow-up discussion with the Head of HR from Belgium, and a final CTO interview. The focus was on real impact, specifically AI, productivity metrics, and cultural fit. Communication was clear, feedback was fast, and the attitude was respectful throughout.
- Could you elaborate on the technologies you have experience with?
- Describe a situation where you had to perform under pressure.
- What would you consider to be your primary strengths?
Event Manager
The whole thing took like 3 months. I told the recruiter my salary needs on the first call and they were cool with it. They said it'd be 2-3 rounds but it ended up being 7 rounds with 7 different people over the 2-3 months. They sent me a link to do this online personality test, and then I talked about the results with someone from HR. Everyone was pretty nice throughout the whole process. But then, someone in upper management was super rude and just asked 'Why are we having this conversation?' I just kinda ignored it and kept talking about my experience. I eventually got an offer and was happy at first, but the salary was 15% less than what I told the recruiter initially. When I tried to negotiate for what I originally asked for, they didn't budge. This process was way too long and took a ton of effort and time. If they couldn't meet my salary needs from the start, I wouldn't have wasted my time going through all of this. It felt like they gave me false hope and weren't upfront. The salary they offered was really low for the job and the years of experience they wanted.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
