Golf Cart Attendant
I applied during one of their big hiring events they do before the summer. The person interviewing me was really nice and professional the whole time. I just answered all the questions the best I could.
- What makes you the perfect fit for this job?
Sales Manager
I applied online and then got an email to schedule a one-on-one interview within a week. After that, I met with four managers all at the same time. There was a lot of conversation, and it felt casual and comfortable.
- What are some typical sales questions you ask?
Banquet Captain
I applied online and about a week later, I reached out to HR about my pay expectations, and they said it was too high. So I applied for a different job at the resort and got an interview 5 days later. I met with the F&B director first, then the HR director, and then they made me an offer. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.
- Can you tell me why you left your last job?
- Walk me through what a typical day looked like in your previous role.
M
They asked the normal interview questions and seemed excited for me. Don't expect them to follow up, even though they say they will. After emailing HR, they'll send a misspelled email back saying the position was filled.
- How would you approach challenging circumstances?
