I applied online and then got called back for an on-campus interview. The recruiter conducted the interview. There was no office visit offered. The recruiter didn't comment on my answers and didn't seem engaged. They just wrote down my responses and moved to the next question. It was a behavioral interview.

Met the candidate at university, had a phone interview and then onsite interviews. The whole process was pretty laid back. The onsite interviews were more involved and the candidate interviewed with several managers. They wanted to create a good environment for open discussion and it didn't feel too stressful. The firm hosted lunch where the candidates had the chance to meet the partners and just hang out.

The interviewer visited my college campus. They were very pleasant and supportive, though they were a recruiter rather than an accountant, which made it difficult to ask specific questions about the job. However, they did an excellent job of discussing opportunities for professional development.
