First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Landscape Forms.
Supply Chain
The interview process had 2 rounds. First, there was a phone screening, followed by a technical round. Several supply chain people were present, and it felt pretty laid-back, which made it easy to have a real and helpful chat.
- How do you manage teamwork?
Intern
I had three interview sessions. The first one was over the phone with HR, the second was with the team I would be working with, and the final one was with the manager of the team. The questions weren't technical, mostly focusing on my experience and seeing how well the role fit me.
- Can you tell us about your current experience and any previous work you've done at other companies?
Assembly Technician
I applied online and got a quick email to schedule a phone interview. They offered several times and dates, making it easy. The HR rep called right on time. The job ad mentioned an hourly rate between $18 and $21. When I asked about pay, they said profit sharing was included in that. But the actual starting pay is $15 an hour. I felt that was misleading. At the end, they gave me a few days to think about it and call back to accept or decline, or to set up a face-to-face meeting. Since I already have a job, I was looking to earn more, and $15 is less than I make now. The more I thought about the job posting versus the reality of the pay, the more I questioned their practices. I called back a few days later and left a message saying I didn't want to proceed.
- The interview process felt typical for a basic job, as I've conducted interviews before.
Operations Manager
The interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. I interviewed a total of six times ranging from phone, virtual, and two on-site interviews. Interview #4 was a HumanEx interview/personality assessment that was 2 hours long! It was down to me and an internal candidate. When I asked for some feedback after I was told I did not get an offer, I heard nothing. I used to have a lot of respect for this company but unfortunately, I no longer do and would not recommend applying. I went through a lot of stress and preparation and ultimately got rejected. Things worked out in the end because I received a promotion to a new role within my current company.
- Tell me about a time you used the S.T.A.R method.
- Could you answer some more difficult questions from the department heads?
