I got contacted by a recruiter and we set up a call. We talked for a while, but I wasn't totally sure what they were after. They mostly asked about stuff on my resume that didn't really seem to connect to the job. Even so, the recruiter was super nice and kept me in the loop, and the company sounded pretty cool.

Behavioral Group Presentation

This was a cumbersome, lengthy, and incredibly in-depth interview process. Honestly, it doesn't really make sense why they put candidates through such a detailed process, and it's frustrating to go through. The people running the company seem to be nepotistic and culturally insensitive. They even left me in one of their group offices for over two hours and totally forgot about me the whole time, even though the meeting was only supposed to take an hour at most. If I hadn't needed the job so badly back then, I would have just walked out.

The interview was a fit style. They hardly got technical. I interviewed with three people. Jesse- the VP, Mel- the COO, and John the Head of Iinvestment Banking at LMV. They were all very short about 20- 30 mins. Most questions revolved around my resume. So my advice would be getting your resume rock solid in your head.

I applied online and then got an email to schedule a video interview. It was with someone pretty new to the workforce and lasted about 20-30 minutes. It was kind of informal but she was friendly and the interview was relaxed.
