First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Landmark Credit Union.
Teller
I had a brief 15-minute phone chat with HR, and then I went in for a 1-hour in-person meeting with the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They weren't reading from a script or taking notes like you see at other banks. It was a real back-and-forth, and it was clear they liked working at Landmark. I got the job offer the very next day.
- What makes you want to join Landmark Credit Union?
- Are you comfortable with sales and referrals?
- Can you commit to the required schedule?
Member Experience Associate
The interview process was really straightforward and they were happy to answer any questions I had. It started with a quick HR phone call screening, followed by a chat with the department manager over the phone, and then an in-person interview. After that, there were some employment screenings.
- Can you describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it?
Bank Teller
Had 2 interviews, one was in person. First was a screening interview where we talked about the job and the hours, and other stuff. Then had a standard interview with the hiring manager where they asked easy background questions and other things about the bank.
- Could you describe your background or tell me about yourself?
HR Analyst
I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency via LinkedIn/email and we quickly scheduled a phone call. After that initial conversation, I spoke with another person at the agency. Following those calls, I was set up for a video interview. The overall experience was good, but I decided to withdraw my application because I wasn't ready to leave my current job. I let both the recruiter and the hiring manager know via email, and they were both very understanding and professional in their responses.
- Can you describe your experience?
- What's your experience working remotely?
- What kind of leadership and culture styles do you like or work best with?
