Technical Behavioral

The interview process kicked off with a phone call. The hiring manager asked me technical questions about test processes, planning, and execution, plus some about SQL and Systems Management. They also asked about my career goals. This initial chat led to an on-site interview, which was about 5 hours long. I met with the hiring manager again, along with other QA leads, the SQA Director, and the Development director. They mainly asked about test processes, hypothetical test planning and execution scenarios, and SQL queries using small database schemas. Some questions were repeated by different interviewers. I was really impressed by the people I met; they all seemed super smart. Their products are also really interesting, covering hardware, software, databases, wireless, networking, and network storage, and they solve a genuine problem. Overall, I thought the company was great and would've likely accepted an offer if one was made.
