I had an interview with 3 people from the team. It was pretty chill and I talked about my portfolio projects, past experience, and the software I've used for renderings. The team members were nice and told me about their work culture and the kinds of projects they do.

I had an interview around 9 am that lasted about an hour, until 10 am. It was pretty easy. There were multiple people in a conference room, and some would come and go. They wanted me to meet as many people as possible. Afterward, they took me around the large office for about 45 minutes to meet more people. Everyone was very friendly. An offer came a few weeks to a month later. It was very informal. I didn't negotiate salary, but you probably could if you have experience.
