This was a pretty standard interview process. I first heard about the company at a campus recruiting event, and then we spoke again the next day at a career fair where I got an interview. I had an on-campus interview with a recruiter who was really great – she was interested in my background and super knowledgeable and passionate about the company when I asked questions. After that, I had a phone interview with the Quality Manager and Food Safety Manager at their Lansing, IL plant. They asked industry-specific questions, focusing on how my coursework could be applied at their facility. Both interviews included technical and behavioral/situational questions.
