Payroll Specialist
It was a good and nice interview process overall. I would recommend and suggest others apply. I think it is a great opportunity. The recruiter conducted the interview at a nice pace and with a good approach. I didn't feel too stressed because the environment was friendly.

Production
The interview was informative, but after being hired, the actual job was completely different from what was described. It was very disappointing and there was no training provided. I was just shown where to sit, told how to log in, and then left to figure out the rest of the role on my own. Asking questions was frowned upon.

I did a test for a job I applied for, even though I wasn't sure about it because it felt like doing free work. Unsurprisingly, I was ghosted by the hiring manager even though they seemed excited after the interview. It's not that hard to at least send an email saying someone didn't get the role. Super rude and unprofessional.

Loan Setup Specialist
I interviewed over the phone and it was cool. I spoke with a few different people. Then we scheduled a meeting where I got to learn more about the day-to-day of the role. I really liked everyone I met.
