Software Developer
The interview process involved an aptitude test, followed by a coding round, then an HR round, and finally a face-to-face round. It's quite challenging to get through each stage, but understanding the process helps. They are genuinely encouraging.

Project Manager
The interview was super detailed, really digging into project management skills. They asked a bunch of stuff about power plants, both the business side and the technical side. There was also an IQ test, a general discussion, a problem-solving part, a personality test, and some group discussions.

- What are your thoughts on the commercial aspects of a power plant?
- What technical knowledge do you have regarding power plants?
Accounts Officer
There were 3 people on the interview panel. After I greeted them, they returned the greeting and offered me a seat. They asked me questions about my personal, educational, and professional background, and my salary details and current company background. I answered to the best of my ability. After that, they told me about their company, the job location if they were to give an offer, and the salary. Finally, they asked if I had any questions. I said no. They said, "Ok Mr. Rao, all the best. We will inform the result in a couple of days." I replied, "Ok sir, thank you."

Graduate Engineer Trainee
So, the interview process started with a written test. It had questions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, general knowledge, and of course, Electrical Engineering. After that, the selected candidates were called for a personal interview. This interview included questions from HR and also some technical questions related to my specific engineering stream.
