First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lamark Media.
Account Executive
I had a good interview experience. The team was professional and welcoming, and they seemed really passionate about their work. The conversation was engaging and informative. I liked that they were open about the role and where the company is headed. It gave me a really positive impression of the organization and its culture.

Paid Social Specialist
Got contacted by the HR rep in Boca Raton, who was really nice and did the initial screening. Then I moved on to interview with the hiring manager, who was also nice and it was a pretty easy interview. After that, they sent me an assessment to complete, which I did. It's been about 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I emailed them a week ago and got no response. Honestly, one of my biggest pet peeves is when companies don't respond to let you know you didn't get the job. It's really rude, discourteous, and bad business practice.
- For a resort retail brand selling men's, women's, and family clothing, what optimizations would you suggest to improve last month's 0.89x ROAS to the target 1x ROAS for this month?
Search Manager
I went through 3 interviews. First was with HR, second with the Lead of the department, and third with the Technical Lead. The last interviewer was not personable at all and asked vague questions, seeming disinterested. I was ghosted after the three interviews, but honestly, I wouldn't have taken the job offer anyway after that last interview.
- Can you describe your advertising strategy?
Account Manager
The interview process was quite thorough. I spoke with the HR person who was really passionate about the company, and then two other thoughtful and engaged individuals. I was told I was advancing to the final round, but then I was ghosted even after I followed up. There was a lot of time between each round, making the whole process feel slow. I'm not sure if this reflects how the agency operates internally, but that was my main takeaway.
- Can you describe a challenging client interaction and how you handled it?
