We started with me introducing myself, then we went into more detail about the industry's background. After that, there were questions that were a bit more specific about the everyday work. Finally, we covered some general questions like teamwork, weaknesses, and why I chose the company.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved a recruiter call and then an in-person interview. For the second interview, the Co-Founder, Julien Philbert, asked me for a surprise report. I came prepared with a content-rich presentation that took me 2-3 hours to prepare. After this interview, I received no response, nothing at all. I would have appreciated a reply after the interview. It would have taken him only 5 minutes, compared to my report, and would have been the least he could do.

Technical Presentation

I applied for a job opening I found on Indeed that seemed like a good fit. I was contacted quickly to schedule a 30-minute Skype interview. After that call, I was contacted again to set up a meeting where I had to present a social media & influence marketing strategy. The two interviews and my conversations with the manager were pleasant, and I felt comfortable. After my presentation, the manager went on vacation and I didn't hear back from them. Even after they returned! I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. At that point, the process became very unpleasant. I realized the management's values didn't align with mine. Looking back, I understood I was a backup plan and they were waiting for the selected candidate's answer before giving me a firm 'no'. Six months after the interview, I saw employee reviews on Glassdoor, and I'm glad I wasn't hired there...
