Technical

I interviewed with several people from the audio team. It was mostly technical questions and scenarios, like they wanted someone who could perform at a high level right away, not necessarily someone who would grow with the team long-term. They didn't ask anything about personality or how I'd fit into the company culture. I didn't get an offer, but I probably wouldn't have taken it anyway.

Behavioral Other

They make you comfortable in the first round, then try to fool you in the final round and waste your week. The main reason is they don't have the package to give and they utilize people like they are going to hire. In the final round, they reject you because of salary issues.

Technical Presentation

A 3D artist interview usually has a few parts to check your skills and creativity. First, they look at your portfolio to see your best 3D models, animations, and textures, and your art style. Be ready to talk about how you made each project and what was hard. You'll also get technical questions about 3D software like Blender or Maya, rendering, and 3D basics like topology, UV mapping, and lighting. Sometimes there's a practical test where you have to do a small project or solve a problem to show your skills.

Confirmed questions3 questions

Behavioral Technical

So I interviewed with Lakshya Digital for some outsourcing work for Turn 10 Studios. It started with a chat with the recruiters, just to get to know each other and the job basics. Then I talked to the outsource manager and their senior artist. Both talks were pretty laid-back, the people were nice. They asked about some technical stuff for race car games and how I handle timelines and tasks.

  • How do you juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously?
