The interview process was quite comfortable. The director was very kind and paid close attention during our conversation. I was asked direct questions about nursing interventions for chest pain, mental health patients, and sepsis. The director was also very open about the unit, compensation, working hours, and training.

I went to a hiring fair. It was very straightforward, and the recruiting team got back to me within 24-48 hours. The nurse manager at the time was pretty easy to talk to, but I felt like I couldn't really show my best self. Also, there were a lot of other candidates waiting.
