I applied online and got a call from HR about two days later. It was a phone interview. If that went well, HR sent a 45-60 minute assessment test. Passing that led to an in-person interview with the Director of Nurses for the unit. HR called with an offer the day after that.

you get a test first, then you come in for an interview, after that if they offer you a position, training takes a week, you have to get your bls license but they give it to you, which is a very bs method, but after that you begin to work
