The process was quite fast. It began with a phone screen, followed by an interview with current employees, and then an offer was extended. It wasn't overly stressful and moved at a good pace, allowing for a quicker start date.

the hiring process is pretty average, it involves supervisors and HR people, they ask you questions about your experience and what you know and how you can help the company.

So after I applied, they gave me a call pretty fast to set up an interview. The interview itself lasted about an hour and they asked me about my background, what I studied, and my past jobs. It was actually the most relaxed interview I've had, which was nice because I've been job hunting a lot lately. There were two supervisors from CM and one person from HR there. They were really good at explaining what Lakeland is about and what the job would be like. About a week later, I got an offer that detailed all the benefits and my salary. They were super flexible about how much notice I needed to give my old job and clients, which I really appreciated.

It was a standard 2 interview process. I got such a bad vibe from this place I declined the second interview. Staff seemed miserable...very foreboding. I have heard from others that this company is not ideal to work for. In fact, after learning many of their business practices I can say that I would never work here.
