I interviewed at a job fair and spoke with three principals. They were really nice and made it feel less scary. They asked questions from a script, and we didn't really chat back and forth until the end when I got to ask them stuff. I was graded using a rubric and ended up getting a job offer. It's been a while, but I think the process is still pretty much the same.
