Substitute Teacher
The whole thing was super quick and painless, and the questions they asked were really direct. They asked me 3 things in total.
- Could you tell me about yourself, your past experiences, and what motivated you to apply for this specific position?
- Tell us about yourself.
- Why are you interested in working for our organization?
Admissions Counselor
I sent my resume and cover letter directly to their email, which was a bit different from how most schools hire. Then I got scheduled for a panel interview via Google Teams that lasted around half an hour. The interviewers were polite and friendly. The follow-up process was a little disappointing since they ghosted after the interview. Other than that, it was smooth sailing.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this institution?
Summer Analyst
The interview has two main parts. First, they'll check your knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, financial instruments, and economic principles. Second, it's more about you – your experiences, leadership, challenges, and how you've shown problem-solving skills and resilience, to see if you fit with the company.
- Can you tell me about the financial markets?
Intern
The whole process was fast, taking only about a week from when I applied to getting the offer. Everyone I talked to was nice and professional. The workspace was clean and the office was good.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
