I submitted my resume and then had an interview with the principal. We talked about my views on how to set up a classroom, how to manage student behavior, and my general approach to teaching. She also asked me to go over my resume with her.

Applied on line , Recieved a call for a phone interview . interviewed with asst principal then with principal then with a panel interview . HAD testing for position . Had 4 seperate interviews and never heard anything back. Wasted my time . Lake county schools needs to notify you even if you didnt recieve the position instead of keeping you waiting . Very unprofessional

Secretary
You'll have one interview face-to-face with one of the Administrators, and maybe 1 or 2 other employees. If they pick you from the other candidates, they'll call you. If not, you'll get a letter or email thanking you for applying.
- Can you share a time you faced a challenging situation with a colleague or manager and explain how you dealt with it?
Teacher
I applied online and got a call the next day to set up an interview. The interview was online with the Principal and AP. They asked 12 questions and wanted answers under 2 minutes each. I heard back with a decision the day after.
