- Tell me about three questions regarding Lagos State.
- What is your perspective on the state of Lagos?
- Can you discuss your ideas about Lagos?
Graduate Trainee
The whole process starts with the company posting the job details, and then candidates apply. After that, recruiters check applications and do a quick call or video chat to see if candidates are a good fit. If they are, we schedule interviews. Then, depending on the job, there might be technical interviews with problem-solving, coding, or case studies. We also do behavioral interviews to check personality and how you fit with the team. Sometimes, multiple people will interview you in a panel. You might also have to take tests. Before making an offer, we check references. If everything goes well, you get an offer, and then we go through onboarding.
- Tell me about a tough situation you dealt with at work and what you did.

- Could you tell me about a difficult project you've handled and how you managed any challenges?
- When deadlines are tight, how do you decide what to work on first?
