The whole process starts with the company posting the job details, and then candidates apply. WE were contacted on phone and a date was fixed at the Civil Service Commission HQ. At the HQ, we were called in one by one to face a panel which asked questions on the skills we possessed and other ones on personality and attribute that can help us move the Lagos State Government forward.
