First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LadyBoss Weightloss.
Corporate Controller
It was a breeze, first I met with the CFO and then a consultant. After that, there was a quick call with the CEO and the Executive Team. Then, references were checked and my work eligibility in the US was verified, as I am from the Philippines.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Quality Assurance Specialist
Got contacted a few days after applying to schedule a phone interview. Did the phone interview and it went well, so they set up an in person interview for a few days later. Went to the in person interview and met the operations manager, then had a panel interview with the operations team. Everything seemed fine during the interviews, but a few days later I was told the job was filled. It seems like they are still advertising the job, which is frustrating. I would have understood if I wasn't qualified or if someone else interviewed better, but it feels like they weren't upfront. Don't bother unless you like loud music.
- What would you do if a customer complained an employee was rude on a call, but when you listened to the call the employee was polite?
- How would you approach difficult conversations with colleagues?
- What kind of company culture are you looking for?
Administrative Assistant
So I applied and a week later I got a call for an initial phone interview. Then the next day, the Recruiting Specialist scheduled a second round and said they'd call and email the next day to set up a third interview. But instead, I waited over 24 HOURS for any communication. I'm disappointed because you call yourselves a "reputable" company but can't follow through. It's frustrating when you're left waiting and then find out you didn't get the job, especially when the pay isn't enough for the workload.
- Could you describe your management style?
Sales Representative
I submitted my resume and got a call back within a few days. They shared some company info and then asked me a few questions. The interviewer was really nice and considerate.
- What do you like about sales?
