First, I met with the manager, and then the head of the department. It was a really smooth interview, good vibe, good conversation. The whole process was pretty fast. I signed the contract at the beginning.

I applied for an Assistant Manager position and was told the interview was for that role. However, it turned out to be a bait-and-switch tactic. They aimed to trick applicants into accepting waitstaff roles, making the application seem more appealing. They would then propose a few months as a waiter with a potential, but apparently false, chance to become an Assistant Manager. They seem to exclusively hire management personnel from France or New York, offering no genuine growth opportunities. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend working here; it's quite a joke.
