First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ladder UP.
Tax Preparer
The interviewer was nice. The questions were basic and not technical. Mostly questions about school and my current job, plus some personality questions. The interview lasted about 15 minutes.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your responsibilities in your current role?
Sales Associate
The interview process involved a telephone interview where they initially inquired about the company, my interest in the job, and any concerns or expectations I had.
- Are you a fresher and why do you want to do this job?
Seasonal Help
The hiring process was very accommodating and casual. If you have the required skills, they are helpful and willing to hire you and train you. You first speak on the phone to gauge interest and potential skills. Then, you come in for an interview to see if you're a good fit with the team. Finally, they offer you the job, and you basically sign up to do a variety of tasks, given the small office size. The people are great and the cause is important.
- What makes you want to work here?
