Auxiliar de Serviços Gerais
I thought the process was pretty average. First, there was an online application interview. Then, I went to the company for an in-person interview with an administrative assistant, and there was also a group activity done at the office. The company is big and has a lot of employees. They explained everything clearly, leaving no room for doubt. The work hours are flexible.

Head of Innovation
I went through 3 interviews. In the final meeting with the CIO, I waited 3 months without concrete feedback and they eventually withdrew the position. I found this out from a call with someone from the recruiting agency handling the job. Very little operational transparency.

Marketing Intern
The interview process involved two rounds: an HR round and a Hiring Manager round. The role is within the marketing department, specifically focusing on an on-site event planning marketing specialist for the Greater China region. My overall impression of the process was nice and friendly, and it was highly recommended.

Technical Lead
The interview starts with a welcoming greeting, where the recruiter makes the candidate feel at ease by explaining the meeting's structure. This part usually includes general icebreaker questions, like 'How was your arrival?' or details about the interview's organization. Then, the recruiter might briefly introduce the company, its values, mission, and main activities. This helps the candidate better understand the job's context. Afterward, the candidate is asked to introduce themselves, highlighting their background, skills, and experience. This segment often begins with the question: 'Tell me about yourself.' Finally, the recruiter asks specific questions to assess how the candidate's skills match the job requirements. These may include salary expectations.
