It was a casual laid back interview. No masks were worn during COVID. It was very laid back. They also made sure to tell me why the pay was so high because of the people I would be working with, like homeless and drug addicts.

Came in and filled out an application and was interviewed right away. We talked about my skills and what the job would entail as a customer representative. After that, I was hired immediately.

It was pretty straightforward. I had two in-person interviews, one with the District Manager and another with the CFO. We went over my resume and chatted about the economic outlook for the business. They also went into detail about the LaborWorks business model, what they expect from employees, and the potential for growth. There were also two standard computer tests, one for personality and one for IQ, which are pretty common in the business world. Completing a background check was also a requirement to get hired.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your sales abilities, are you a hunter with some farming skills?
