First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Laboratorios Pisa.
Laboratory Manager
Short interview, good communication and assertive. You should explain your activities well and what motivated you to change or look for a new job. Very pleasant interview.
- What is your salary expectation?
- What benefits are you looking for?
- Tell me about your past employment.
Development Specialist
Sent my application in late August, and I had an interview on September 3rd. Two people interviewed me. The initial questions were about my experience in past jobs, and then the latter questions were all technical. They also discussed their work methods with me. I haven't heard back from them yet, so I assume I didn't get the job. Everyone was friendly, but I'd suggest that if someone is rejected, it would be preferable to notify them, as being left in uncertainty is quite tedious.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Control Interno
The interview process was quick and straightforward. They let me know promptly that they were moving forward with another candidate. I had the chance to interview with HR and then with the area manager.
- Tell me about your knowledge.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you available to travel?
New Product Leader
It's a few interviews. The first one is with HR. Then you have one with your direct boss where they give you a short test on reading contracts and using Excel pivot tables. The third interview is a presentation where you have to explain the steps for launching a new product.
- Could you share your experience in developing and innovating products?
- Have you collaborated with suppliers both domestically and internationally?
- In English, please describe your current responsibilities within your existing organization.
