Behavioral Technical

Sent my application in late August, and I had an interview on September 3rd. Two people interviewed me. The initial questions were about my experience in past jobs, and then the latter questions were all technical. They also discussed their work methods with me. I haven't heard back from them yet, so I assume I didn't get the job. Everyone was friendly, but I'd suggest that if someone is rejected, it would be preferable to notify them, as being left in uncertainty is quite tedious.
