Quick interview, hiring process is fast, no training provided. Good luck. Research everything you can online about the position. Go scout other labor companies (apply, interview, etc) see their company structure and operations and mimic. This is for those that are new to the atmosphere, easiest way to learn.

Customer Service Representative
First, a recruiter gave me a call. After that, I had an in-person interview with the local manager. Then, I had a telephone interview with the district manager. I'm waiting around a month to see if they're interested.

Branch Manager
I applied online for the Branch Manager role and was contacted by a recruiter about two hours later. She asked if I could meet with a hiring manager that same day, which I did at a coffee shop. He was very open about the job details and expectations, and maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Two days later, I had a final interview with the COO in a well-organized office setting. She engaged in conversation, reiterated the role's responsibilities, and asked direct questions. I received an offer call near the end of the day.

Branch Manager
The interview process was quite confusing. The second interview required a two-hour drive to meet the hiring manager. The third interview was with upper management over the phone, but they were fired about a month later. Before my first day, I tried to contact the hiring manager, but he was unresponsive – his phone went unanswered, and his voicemail was full. I had to contact the recruiter to get information about where to report and who to expect on my first day, as there was no work schedule provided. It was a disorganized situation. I was promised training, but after only two days with the hiring manager, he left without providing any training and essentially left me to figure things out on my own.
- Are you prepared to work extended hours?
