The interview started with me introducing myself, then we moved to general questions and I discussed my portfolio. There weren't any really difficult questions, and the interviewer was quite nice and friendly. Finally, we covered my remaining questions and wrapped up the meeting.

Applied 2 months prior to the interview. Standard questions were asked. They referred me to the client. I followed up twice and only received a "We're going in a different direction" response when I asked the reason, which they also declined to provide. I wrote specialized application materials, researched the company, applied, interviewed, and did all follow-ups and thank-yous, but only received a vague "i dunno." It was really unprofessional.

I applied through LinkedIn and after a month, I got a Skype interview call. The questions asked were pretty decent. I got another phone call after a month where they asked basic questions about my resume. The last interview call was with the client after 20 days and this time they focused more on the specific role of project scheduling/controlling. After following up for weeks, I finally got an offer letter. I negotiated the salary and took a week to accept it. The interview process felt very interactive and it's clear that Labella Associates is selective and ensures they hire the right person.

The HR Coordinator reached out via email to set up an on-site interview. I gave my availability and they scheduled me right away. They sent directions for the parking garage and how to get to their building. I then had a Panel interview with the whole HR team. They were really friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They also took care of my parking.
