The HR team was very fast and professional, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The interview was conducted remotely, and they provided all the necessary support for it. It was a pleasure.

Had a phone call and then an in-person interview. It was a smooth process, they were understanding and had interesting ideas. They really valued if you had attended the university, your sports background, and any other related experiences you had coaching in other places.

So, in the 1:1 chat, they asked me stuff about why I want to keep studying and working at the University, and about my research skills and background. It wasn't super hard, but some questions were a bit subjective, kinda tricky to answer when you're just chatting. Basically, they wanted to see if I'm genuinely into research, creating new things, and continuing my education.
