Applied online and then I got called for an interview. I went to a school where they were doing the interviews in the cafeteria. I had to fill out a form, and then I was interviewed. He asked me 5 questions and I was hired right then and there. It was very simple. Make sure you have some experience working with kids and have activities you can plan for them.
