The experience was pleasant, with a good integration of company values, although it's a large structure with its associated constraints. The interview was standard and conducted in a supportive manner. There were some delays between stages, but ultimately, it's in line with what's expected for this type of organization.

After reviewing my resume, I had a first round interview via Teams. Then, I had an in-person meeting to meet the team. During the interviews, I introduced myself and explained my interest in the role. The interviewers then introduced themselves and the organization. I asked questions throughout to show my engagement with the company. Finally, I was asked about my future career goals and to elaborate on specific parts of my CV.
