So I had this interview that lasted about 30 minutes, and the whole time they were basically telling me why I wouldn't get the job. Honestly, out of all the interviews I've done, this was one of the worst. I felt like I was really qualified, maybe even too qualified, but I hardly got a chance to speak. It felt like the interviewer was doing me a favor, like they already knew I wasn't going to be hired.

I was greeted by the front office supervisor and we waited for the manager to come out. We walked over to the restaurant and sat in the closed part of the restaurant. I was first asked to talk about myself and then was asked more traditional questions. Overall, it was pretty straight forward throughout the whole interview process.

Applied online, got a phone call for an in person interview, met with an HR rep and was asked basic questions about how I work with others and being a hard worker, then was called back for a second and final interview where I met with two leaders of the Beach Crew and was asked similar questions then told more about the job from their end. I was offered the position right away and had to submit a drug test to complete the hiring.
