Interviewer
Interview was super laid back and they offered me the job on the spot. HR and two managers were present. They let me do a ride-along day to see if I liked the job.
- Can you tell me about your tenure in your current role and what aspects you enjoy?
Cook
They start with the usual interview questions like your work history and salary expectations. Then, they set up a trial shift, also called an observational shift, where you work for about 2 to 4 hours.
- Tell me about your experience.
Manager
I had a few phone calls and then a working interview where I met with some people and team members. For the final interviews, I met with HR and Operations. Everyone was really nice and welcoming.
- In past positions, how did you contribute to cost control?
