The interview process had two main parts. The first was a virtual interview where they asked basic behavioral questions and some circuit problems. The second interview was in person, and it involved more behavioral questions and a task where they showed me an electrical diagram and asked me to identify the important aspects. Overall, it felt like a quiz covering both behavioral and technical topics.

I had an interview that was split into two parts: first, a virtual on-campus session, and then an in-person onsite interview. The interviews were primarily behavioral, but there were about 3-4 technical questions mixed in. This was for the power transmission and generation group. For the behavioral parts, they wanted to see how I could handle and lead a team. For the technical problems, they advised to brush up on basic power systems knowledge.
