Project Engineer
Recruiter initiated contact with a few basic questions for the HR screen. An initial hiring manager call was scheduled, but the L3 candidate rescheduled multiple times over three weeks. Standard background and experience questions were expected, with cameras on, though interviewers might not have theirs on. It seems I was ghosted after three weeks.

The recruiting process was straightforward, with clear communication and explanations of the hiring steps. Started with an initial chat with HR, then an interview with the Engineering Manager, and concluded with a conversation with a Senior Engineer from the relevant department.

Design Engineer
It was a 3.5 hour process with 4 sections. We started with a 30 minute intro, then dove into three 1-hour interviews focusing on my qualifications and experience. These three interviews were the core of the process and felt professional and friendly.
