Director
The hiring journey was pretty smooth and clear, though we had to wait quite a bit between interviews, sometimes 2 to 5 weeks. I had good interactions with both the HR and the operational folks.
- Can you introduce yourself, outlining your career journey and professional background?
- What draws you to L'Oréal as a potential employer?
- Could you share your perspective on the specific Brand we are discussing?
Brand Insights Analyst
The process included a meeting with the manager and the candidate to describe the job duties and how they relate to the position. They discussed the candidate's interest in studies and the hair care industry. There was also a practical case study involving the analysis of a table showing a brand's international performance.
- What makes you want to join L'Oréal?
Assistant Manager
Product Manager
I scheduled my interview through the company's AI assistant. My first interview was with HR, but unfortunately, I didn't advance. The next stage was supposed to be an onsite interview with the manager. The questions weren't particularly difficult, but I think there was a communication issue because the HR person's Italian wasn't great, and the interview was conducted in Italian. Since I'm a foreigner and have an accent, it probably didn't help. I only realized this after asking for more specific feedback.
- Can you compare and contrast beauty routines in South America and Europe?
