Accountant
The interview process was great overall. It included typical behavioral questions and some technical ones, nothing too challenging. Being well-prepared on your resume is key. Doing some research on the company and the job description is also important.
- What motivates your interest in joining our company?
Construction Intern
The interview process was super interactive, friendly, and fair. Make sure to ask questions and prepare for the interview and you should be fine. But overall, the process was perfect and fair.
- How do you handle a difficult situation or problem?
Project Manager
I hit apply online through some job site, then reached out to someone I knew at the company. About a week later, HR called me for an initial screening. After that, I had in-person meetings with three senior team members. Then, I had a few more calls with the manager I'd be working for. Finally, we went back and forth a bit negotiating the offer.
